Caring for your Custom Creations

Handcrafted means that no two pieces will ever be alike - and we prefer it that way.

One of the beauties of purchasing a handcrafted item is that you are guaranteed to have a custom creation.  While it may share similarities with others of its kind, there will be both beautiful and unique variations that make your custom creation truly one-of-a-kind. 

Earrings . Hair Clips

Your clay accessories have been handcrafted with Polymer Clay (a water-resistant and non-toxic material, made primarily of plastic resin) and they must be handled with care. Remove them before showering, applying creams/sprays, sleeping, or swimming. Place clay accessories in their box when traveling. Though baked clay can be flexible, do not bend or place heavy items on them. Store in a warm, dry place. All hardware fixtures are are nickel free. Makeup or other dirt can be removed from clay components with a q-tip dipped in rubbing alcohol or acetone.

Tote Bag

Wipe Clean Only. Do not tumble dry.

 Earrings . Garland . Key Chains . Hair Clips . Macrame Wall Hanging . Plant Hangers . Purses

If desired, fringe and/or tassels can gently be combed out with a fine tooth comb or your fingers.

Important: Gently grasp the top of the fringe/tassel before combing (as illustrated in the top left picture).

Keep Garlands, Macrame Wall Hangings, & Plant Hangers out of reach of children and pets. Never leave children unsupervised using Hair Clips or Purses.

Bracelets . Key Chains

Remove bracelet before showering, applying creams/sprays, sleeping, or swimming.

Important: Never leave children unsupervised while they are wearing Bracelets.

Macraweave . Woven Wall Hanging

After a long journey to you, your Modern Tapestry may need to be gently fluffed. This can be done by gently finger combing the fringe both throughout your piece and at bottom of it.

Keep Macraweaves & Woven Wall Hangings out of reach of  children and pets.
